You can supply all the details that are required to open your R Account - online. An Account Activation package will then be sent to you, providing all the necessary documents (completely filled out) for you to review and sign.
On your personal R Account website at www.moneymasters.com you will be able to see regular Money Masters performance figures. A Daily Report page will provide you with transaction and position updates, and Fidelity (our 3rd party custodian) will mail you a monthly account statement.

How hard would it be for me to close my account?
Not hard at all. A few clicks of your mouse should begin it. (On your personal R Account Client site, go to My Account > Close Account — then download '.PDF' files to print, sign and post). These inform the Retirement Corporation of America that you want to cancel the Investment Advisory Agreement you signed when you initially opened your R Account and instruct Fidelity how to handle your assets. We will do it all for you. Your assets remain in the account you opened with Fidelity - completely under your control. There is no penalty for closing your R Account.

Why would I open an R Account when I could go buy the funds myself?
In The R Account your assets are fully managed by a Registered Investment Advisor who has access to certain mutual funds and share classes on the Fidelity Investment Advisor Group platform that may not be available directly to individuals.
The advisory service includes the preparation of a portfolio of high-performing investments that meets the goals, risk-tolerance and return levels that are ideal for your life and future income needs. It further includes the on-going surveillance and optimization of your portfolio’s performance; a regular reporting schedule - and can include the delivery of a monthly income stream to replace your paycheck when you retire.
You may find that the advice and guidance you get from a qualified investment professional provides you with a result that more closely matches your present and future needs.

What if I lose money?
You could gain or lose money through a rise or fall in the liquidating value of your Money Masters Investment Portfolio. There is no guarantee - in fact you should be prepared for the value to rise and fall over both short and long periods of time. Each investment portfolio contains a specific level of risk. As your investment advisor it is our objective to invest your assets within the risk tolerance range you choose.
There is no risk-free option within the range of portfolio selections.

What protects my account assets against theft or fraud?
Your account at Fidelity (our third party custodian) is protected by SIPC insurance. The Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) offers a $500,000 general fraud insurance coverage on each account.
No investor is protected against losses caused by a decline in the value of their specific investments. You can learn more about the details of what is covered by this SIPC insurance at www.sipc.org
In addition, Fidelity supplements that SIPC coverage with unlimited protection for cash and securities in their care in brokerage positions (including mutual funds held in your brokerage account and securities in book entry form).
IMPORTANT: There is no insurance that protects against a decline in the value of your investments. Past performance is no guarantee of future results and there can be no assurance that your specific goals and objectives will be achieved.
